About The Budd Group Culture
We are a God-honoring company built on family values, trust, and mutual respect. Our Nashville Shared Services team boasts an incredible, high-energy office vibe where we truly enjoy working together every day. We don't just want a seat-filler; we want a collaborative partner eager to learn, grow, and help make our branch the "golden child" of the entire organization!
What You’ll Do / Key Responsibilities
As our Staffing Specialist, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle for 5–6 dedicated account managers. You will split your time between strategic recruiting (75%) and foundational human resources support (25%).
Drive Full-Cycle Staffing: Serve as our primary Bilingual Recruiter to source, screen, interview, and onboard top-tier talent using our ATS.
Own the Candidate Experience: Take charge of the "Budd Connect" onboarding program to ensure new hires feel welcomed and supported from day one.
Be Visible in the Field: Spend about 30% of your week visiting local client sites to conduct 1-on-1 employee stay-interviews, maintaining high retention rates.
Bridge the HR Gap: Act as an HR Administrator for our Spanish-speaking employee community, answering payroll, ETO, and basic employee relations questions in partnership with the HR Manager.
What You Bring To The Team
Language: Fluent bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish (Required).
Experience: Strong background as a high-volume recruiter or staffing specialist. Exposure to basic HR functions (benefits, payroll questions, or employee relations) is highly desired.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating ATS software and manipulating data in Google Sheets/Excel.
Certifications: Having your SHRM-CP or PHR is a major plus (and unlocks the higher end of our salary range!), but we are happy to support you if you are actively working toward it!
Mindset: A forward-thinking professional who brings fresh ideas, values autonomy, and is excited to be groomed for future leadership.
