Job Description
Role Overview:
The R&D Intern will support the Research & Development team in innovation, product development, and process improvement initiatives. This internship provides hands-on exposure to research methodologies, experimentation, prototyping, and testing in a real-world industrial or technical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in research and development activities for new products or process improvements
- Support design, development, and prototyping of components/products
- Conduct experiments, testing, and data collection under supervision
- Document research findings, test results, and technical reports
- Assist in analyzing data to identify trends and improvement areas
- Support the preparation of technical presentations and project documentation
- Work with cross-functional teams such as Manufacturing, QA/QC, and Design
- Participate in brainstorming and innovation discussions
- Assist in maintaining R&D lab equipment and tools
- Follow safety, quality, and compliance standards during all R&D activities
