Job Details
The Fulfillment Technology Integration Lead is responsible for ensuring fulfillment projects, particularly related to process and software enhancements, are properly specified with broad buy-in and approval. The lead will support the project manager and coordinator for requirements gathering, quotation, contracting and go-live efforts between fulfillment operations, technology, vendors and facilities. Optimization of all resources and minimization of client and patient risks are critical deliverables. Adherence to project budgets, timelines and expected KPI impacts are also part of the expectations. During periods of high project demand, internal and external related resources will be allocated and held accountable for supporting fulfillment project execution. This individual will help identify key dotted line resource requirements and required expertise to make our fulfillment projects successful.
Responsibilities
Manage fulfillment technology/pharmacy automation projects with adherence to project timelines and budgets
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize resources for efficient and effective delivery of results
Develop timely and thorough development of requirements expressing the desired operational and quality impacts
Obtain organizational alignment and buy-in on fulfillment changes
Achieve each project’s ROI as expressed in budgets and project charters
Implement projects and create go-live processes and resources

Education
High school diploma/GED required
Experience
5+ years of progressive experience in automated pharmacy fulfillment, particularly in a Coreflex enabled environment.
Extensive prescription fulfillment experience in most aspects of technical processing.
Broad knowledge of frontend prescription processing and its impact on fulfillment requirements, particularly NDC selection and adjudication.
Hands-on prescription fulfillment and leadership experience.

Physical/Mental Demands: This position is administrative in nature and will present physical demands requisite to a position requiring: hearing, seeing, sitting, standing, talking, and walking. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. May be necessary to work extended hours as needed.
Schedule: This is a full-time position with an expectation to work an average of 40 hours per week and be available outside of normal business hours to meet customer expectations on an ad-hoc basis. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
Travel: Travel may be heavy at times with up to 2 successive weeks out-of-office for project go-live leadership. Overall travel is expected to be 30% annually.
