Temporary Administrative Support – Audit Season
Dessert Holdings – Le Center, MN
2–3 Month Contract | Reports to Quality Manager
We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team player to join us during our busy audit season! This short-term role is a great opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced food manufacturing environment while gaining valuable experience in quality and compliance.
What Your Day Will Look Like:
- Organize and maintain efficient filing systems
- Retrieve and compile information from records, emails, and documents – including preparing clear written summaries
- Respond quickly and professionally to administrative inquiries
- Perform daily paperwork audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
This is hands-on work that directly supports our quality team and helps keep operations running smoothly.
What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1–3 years of administrative or office experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Basic math skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
