The Global Talent Project Manager will lead complex global and regional projects within the Integrated Talent CoE, with a focus on HR technology, automation, AI enablement, process simplification and scalable Talent solutions.
The role will translate strategic Talent priorities into structured project plans and drive delivery across a global matrix organization.
Key Areas of Responsibilities
Manage global/regional Integrated Talent projects focused on HR technology, automation and process improvement. Drive structured, outcome-oriented delivery using Lean, Agile, or hybrid approaches
Implement and enhance Talent-related technologies to improve scalability, efficiency, and employee experience. Identify opportunities for simplification and automation
Apply Lean, Agile, and Design Thinking principles to streamline processes, ensure user-centric solutions and drive iterative execution
Collaborate with HR leaders, sponsors, and cross-functional teams to align on objectives, governance and success metrics while managing risks and ensuring change adoption
Monitor and report project progress, risks and impact, ensuring clear documentation and alignment with strategic priorities

The ideal candidate combines consulting-style problem solving with hands-on project execution. you bring structure, pace and discipline to complex global Talent projects and are comfortable operating in a matrix environment where influence matters more than hierarchy.
You understand HR technology and digital transformation, but you are not purely technical. You can connect business needs, Talent processes, user experience, data, technology and change adoption into one coherent delivery approach.
You are strong in Lean, Agile and Design Thinking, not as theoretical methodologies, but as practical tools to simplify work, improve experience, accelerate delivery and create measurable business impact.

Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, transformation, consulting, or HR technology delivery, ideally in a global matrix organization
Background in HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning, or HR transformation preferred
Proven experience leading complex cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders, dependencies and competing priorities
Strong experience with HR technology implementation, process redesign, automation, digital enablement or HR operating model transformation
Experience in management or HR consulting is strongly preferred.
Experience working with external vendors, HR Technology teams and global HR stakeholders is an advantage
Experience with Workday, learning platforms, talent platforms, assessment tools, recruitment technology, AI-enabled HR tools or similar HR technology is a plus
Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus
Expertise in scope management, planning, governance, risk management, and benefits tracking. Certifications like PMP, Prince2, Lean, Agile, or Design Thinking are a plus
Ability to structure complex problems, translate them into actionable plans, and balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
Strong grasp of how technology can improve Talent processes, employee experience, and data quality. Power BI or advanced Excel skills are an advantage
Skilled in influencing, facilitating workshops, and driving alignment across diverse teams
Clear communicator with experience engaging senior leaders and operational teams. Strong facilitation skills for steering meetings, design sessions, and project reviews
Strong analytical skills, including process mapping, data visualization, and performance tracking
