About the Role
At ARX Robotics, people and culture are a core part of how we scale. As Head of People Programs, you will shape the employee experience across the organisation and help build an environment where high-performing teams can do their best work.
You will lead People Operations across Germany and, initially, the UK, driving initiatives that strengthen culture, employee engagement, development, and operational excellence. Working closely with leadership, you will ensure people practices support business growth while fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and transparent workplace.
What You’ll Build
· Lead and evolve People Operations practices across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to development and retention
· Design and implement people strategies that support organisational growth, employee engagement, and succession planning
· Build programs and initiatives that strengthen an inclusive, connected, and high-performing workplace culture
· Develop and communicate clear HR policies, processes, and frameworks that support both employees and business goals
· Partner with leadership teams to align people initiatives with strategic priorities and operational execution
· Lead and support the People Programs team in Germany, creating strong internal communication and collaboration structures
· Improve day-to-day People Operations processes, systems, and tools to create a seamless employee experience
· Use data and insights to strengthen workforce planning, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives
· Support organisational growth and transformation through thoughtful change management and people-focused leadership
· Help create a workplace where transparency, ownership, and continuous development are part of everyday work
What You Bring
· Experience in People Operations, HR, People & Culture, or related functions, including leadership responsibility
· Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management, organisational development, and people operations
· Ability to design and implement people strategies that align with business objectives and company culture
· Knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and diversity, equity, and inclusion principles
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organisation
· Experience supporting teams through growth, change, or organisational transformation
· Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to improve processes and support decision-making
· Confidence balancing strategic initiatives with hands-on operational responsibilities
· Degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
· Fluent English and German language skills
