Manager, WW Operations Business Process Re-Engineering (BPR)

As a manager in the Worldwide Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) team you will lead a senior team of individual contributors, and drive program management for the transformation journey to SAP S/4Hana program. You will own global program management, including program budget and communications, change management, and capital planning. You will empower the team to drive various facets of program management in the SAP S/4 transformation journey in Apple’s complex supply chain, while demonstrating the values of WW Operations BPR. The ideal candidate will have successfully led senior teams, demonstrate a passion for developing talent, possess deep program management experience, operate effectively with minimal direction, motivated, and comfortable working in an extremely fast-paced environment. Strong leadership experience in managing global, multi-functional complex programs, is a must for this role. Flexibility and adaptability are key attributes needed for success. This individual should also have strong communication, influencing, delegation, organizational, analytical, project management and leadership skills to handle a variety of activities and complexities spanning the organization. You are willing to work at both a very detailed and strategic level.
