BIM Technician

The BIM Technician II supports the preparation and coordination of construction documents and design deliverables using architectural and structural models and drawings. This role applies technical expertise in BIM and CAD software to develop accurate construction drawings, coordinate across disciplines, and support project teams throughout the design and construction documentation process. The BIM Technician II works with moderate independence, applying established standards while exercising judgment to resolve technical issues and meet project requirements.
