Position Summary

The LR Supervisor – Belt Maintenance is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all on-site vulcanising and conveyor belt maintenance activities to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality maintenance. The role includes supervising the repair, splicing, installation, and maintenance of conveyor belts and rubber components while ensuring the safety of the team, minimal downtime and maximum operational reliability.

The LR Supervisor works closely with operations, maintenance personnel, and site management to ensure all conveyor belt systems and associated vulcanising activities are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required technical standards.
