The Senior Human Resources Business Partner serves as a trusted advisor to business and operations leaders, providing strategic and operational HR support across assigned client groups. Reporting to the Senior Human Resources Manager, this role partners with leaders and employees to drive talent, engagement, organizational effectiveness, and business performance.

The Senior HRBP leverages expertise across multiple HR disciplines to address complex workforce challenges, support key people initiatives, and foster a positive employee experience for both salaried and hourly team members.

YOUR IMPACT:

These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned: 

  • Partner with leaders to develop and implement workforce, talent, engagement, and organizational strategies that support business objectives.

  • Provide guidance and coaching on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and employment practices.

  • Serve as a trusted resource for employees and leaders regarding HR policies, programs, and procedures.

  • Assess and resolve complex employee relations matters, including workplace investigations and conflict resolution.

  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver effective talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, learning, and development solutions.

  • Support workforce planning, succession planning, organizational design, and change management initiatives.

  • Use workforce data and insights to identify trends, recommend solutions, and influence decision making.

  • Build strong relationships across the organization while fostering a positive, inclusive, and high performing culture.

  • Support and mentor less experienced HR team members and contribute to the development of HR best practices.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Five (5) or more years of progressive Human Resources experience across multiple HR disciplines.

STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience supporting employee relations, performance management, talent planning, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.

  • Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with leaders and employees across multiple levels of the organization.

  • Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or other operational environments.

  • Strong understanding of employment law, HR best practices, and employee relations.

  • Experience supporting both hourly and salaried employee populations.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence leaders and drive business outcomes through people strategies.

  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to support decision making.

  • Experience leading organizational change, workforce initiatives, and culture building efforts.

  • Excellent communication, relationship building, and problem solving skills.

  • Innovative mindset with a willingness to challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

The following represents general working conditions for this office-based role. Specific conditions may vary depending on business needs and individual circumstances. 

  • This role is primarily performed in a professional office environment with standard lighting, ventilation, and temperature-controlled settings. 

  • Duties are largely sedentary, requiring extended periods of sitting and using a computer and telephone. 

  • Visual acuity to operate a computer and read documents is required, along with auditory ability to participate in virtual and in-person meetings. 

  • Occasional movement within the office environment is necessary, including walking short distances, standing, or reaching for files.

Pay Range:

$82,900.00 - $134,300.00

The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
