Position Overview:

TKO is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Consolidation Manager, to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity as the company implements financial systems across the entire company.

The Corporate Consolidation Manager will be at the center of the monthly consolidation process driving key work streams across TKO, a global premium sports and entertainment company. The Corporate Consolidation Manager will collaborate cross with various stakeholders, including Technical Accounting, Financial Reporting, Compliance, Tax, Legal, FP&A, Internal Audit, and IT. The Corporate Consolidation Manager will work closely with the TKO Corporate Accounting team and be exposed to senior management across various workstreams.

The ideal candidate has experience related to financial statement consolidation at a large multi-national company, is self-motivated, thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adheres to deadlines, attentive to details and is passionate about enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations. This role also provides a valuable opportunity to build a strong foundation of skills and experience to support long-term career growth within the TKO’s controllership function and corporate accounting department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead TKO Corporate Consolidation workstreams across all TKO business units including but not limited to consolidation entries, trial balance uploads, and intercompany eliminations.  
  • Serve as a liaison between the TKO Corporate Consolidation team and William Morris Endeavor’s Consolidation and Financial Reporting Team ensuring both companies’ reporting requirements are met.   
  • Strengthen the TKO Corporate Consolidation process and serve as a key contributor to TKO’s financial system transformation, including responsibility for companywide master data and related integration activities.
  • Participate in a multi-year system transformation journey obtaining exposure to cross functional teams and all TKO business units.
  • Prepare and review supporting schedules for components of the TKO consolidated financial statements.  
  • Collaborate with TKO business unit controllers and accounting teams across the TKO portfolio.
  • For certain workstreams, support the Directors of Corporate Accounting and oversee TKO Corporate Senior Accountants or consultants that support the TKO Consolidation process.  
  • Support internal and external audit processes, including substantive and controls-based testing.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for the use of artificial intelligence, automation, standardization, and process improvement across finance functions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA required. Public accounting experience is a plus.
  • 5–8 years of progressive experience performing the consolidation at a large multi-national company, preferably within a public company.
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial statement consolidation principles.
  • Familiarity with SOX 404 compliance and internal control design and execution.
  • Prior exposure to the sports, entertainment, or related industries is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP S/4HANA, S/4HANA Group Reporting, SAP ECC, JD Edwards, NetSuite, and or AI tools is a plus.

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the hourly rate shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Hiring Rate Minimum:

$108,750 annually(minimum will not fall below the applicable State/local minimum salary thresholds)

Hiring Rate Maximum:

$145,000 annually
