Job Description:
- Meet and exceed regional sales objectivesthrough the management and implementation of all sales, marketing,merchandising, and advertising/promotional programs.
- Analyze work activities, and set performancemeasures in support of the Indirect channel's business plan.
- Responsible for managing the overall operations,budget, and quota of the Indirect channel. Analyze reports / sales results, anddevelop action plans designed to increase sales productivity.Responsible for assigning sales modules, marketcoverage management, and regional sales promotions and contests.
- Channel Growth: Direct local contractnegotiation and start-up implementation of new accounts, as well as newdistribution marketing, advertising, and sales strategies for new and existingaccounts.Customer Retention:Maintain and grow existing customer base andmanage churn.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with otherdepartments throughout the company to analyze issues impacting the Indirectchannel, and recommend, develop, and implement process improvements.
Experience:
- 2-5 years of sales, marketing, training, and/orcustomer service experience required.Associates degree or equivalent work experiencerequired.
- PC proficiency in Microsoft Office requiredSuperior organizational,interpersonal,communication, negotiation, and operations skills are required Prior successful sales track record and provenleadership ability
- Requires the ability to manage multiple projectssimultaneously, and to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, customer andteam-oriented work environmentProven success in customer resolution /satisfaction and complex problem-solvingCandidates should have excellent decision-makingand leadership skills, and possess the ability to motivate and lead a team toachieve sales objectivesAbility to present to various audiences
