You will lead co-packing operations in term of service, cost, health and safety, quality, food defense, sustainability, legal requirements and policies compliance. You will work with internal and external (third-party logistics vendors) business partners to ensure effective management, timely solutions and execution. In addition, you will execute such activities as inventory management, interface monitoring, track and trace, claims management, invoice management, compliance execution (HSE, quality, risk management), tenders support and third-party performance management.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Be responsible for the timely and accurate administration and replenishment of co-pack production
- Support the management team by inventory and bill of material management
- Manage weekly production purchase orders, creating PO’s based on advised volumes and ensuring timely closure following completion of production.
- Ensure that the prices, work in progress (WIP) SKU’s and bills of materials in weekly production purchase orders are correct to prevent pricing, product costing and inventory discrepancies
- Ensure the timely and effective delivery of WIP and packaging items, supporting the co-packers, transport and distribution centers with short notice WIP requests to enable production in line with plan
- Resolve logistical, administrative and/or invoice related issues relating to delivery failures or mismatches
- Monitor inbound and outbound transport movements to and from the co-packers

What extra ingredients you will bring:
- Follow-up and execute co-packing process through SAP system.
- Daily output follows up to match production plan timeline. “one of the main KPI’s for co packing is On-Time delivery”
- Responsible about all SAP system transactions execution (in-out stocks) including SFG, PM, co packed FG and backflush and consumption happening at the co packer vs. created BOM” Data Entry”.
- Stock count for all co packer 3PL stocks and inform plant team by the result of physical stock count vs. SAP stocks.
- Follow up on the monthly co packing invoices and make sure that invoices matching the received GR on the system.
- Follow up on inventory write off and scrap handling for expired, damaged FG warehouses located in the 3PLs.
- Prepare needed documents and follow up on Internal/External/Quality/ISO/HCCP periodic audits.
- Ensure FIFO and hygienic environment according to Mondelez quality standards.
- Regular visit to co packer to make sure that everything on track and raise note to the co packing for any issue.
- Attend the co packing trials for all new projects on ground., follow up on the agreements on the system.
- Learn product traceability and ability to retrieve and recall finished goods in line with company requirements.
- Backup for the Co-packing Lead.
Education / Certifications:
Bachelor's degree of Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business / Trade, Business Administration, or any relevant field
Job specific requirements:
2-4 years of relevant experience.
