Scrum Master/PM Profile
Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Scrum Master / Project Manager to lead Agile delivery for SAP S/4HANA initiatives within a governed, enterprise SAP CoE environment. This role will be responsible for managing SAP-focused sprints, enforcing delivery governance, and ensuring alignment with clean core principles, DevOps practices, and enterprise standards. The ideal candidate combines strong Agile execution capabilities (Scrum/Kanban) with a deep understanding of SAP landscapes (S/4HANA, integrations, ABAP, Basis, Security) and Jira-based delivery frameworks. Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or Agile Delivery Lead Strong experience managing SAP projects (S/4HANA preferred) Deep hands-on experience with Jira (boards, workflows, reporting, dashboards) Proven experience managing Agile sprints in SAP environments Strong understanding of: SAP modules (RTR, PTP, OTC/QTC, WHM, etc.) SAP development lifecycle
