Intermediate Analytics Engineer

We're looking for someone with first-hand experience delivering data models to business and is ready to scale that impact from its platform. In this role you'll drive AI-first self-service, shaping how analysts contribute to the platform and how the business consumes insights. Underpinning that is the rigour of Analytics Engineering. Our goal is to build and maintain a consistent, performant dbt platform that analysts and Trade Me can confidently build on. You will need to understand the data models that help our teams at Trade Me move faster. Working on our fully modernised Data Platform at the intersection of Data Engineering and Data Analytics, you are responsible for bringing robust, efficient and integrated data models to life and maintaining their quality.
