Medical Science Liaison (Ankara)

AbbVie is looking for a passionate and scientifically driven Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to join our Turkey Affiliate. In this role, you will serve as a trusted scientific partner, helping to build and maintain strong, credible relationships with leading external experts and key stakeholders in the therapeutic area. You will play an important role in advancing AbbVie’s medical and scientific objectives by supporting research, education, and scientific exchange.

As an MSL, you will bring scientific leadership to the field by engaging with thought leaders, supporting academic and scientific initiatives, and ensuring a strong medical presence across key centers. You will collaborate with internal teams while maintaining functional independence, contributing valuable scientific insights that help shape strategy and support informed decision-making. You will also attend relevant scientific meetings and conferences, sharing key data and medical developments with internal stakeholders to support AbbVie’s priorities.

We are seeking a candidate who is committed to scientific excellence, relationship building, and meaningful collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a university degree in Medicine or Pharmacy, fluency in English, and experience in academia and/or the pharmaceutical industry is considered a strong asset. A solid understanding of the pharmaceutical environment, medical affairs, clinical research, and applicable regulatory requirements is essential. Strong expertise in the assigned therapeutic area and the ability to communicate complex scientific information with clarity and credibility are highly valued.
