The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Support Engineer in our Health Information Systems division, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Supporting our Health Information products in Spain and Colombia
- The L2 IT Support Engineer will provide second level support to internal and external customers. As the primary point of contact for our clients and Solventum strategic partners, the L2 IT Support Engineer will be a subject matter expert on our HIS systems. This includes all aspects from end user support to back end client based components.
- Collaborating with customers to understand their needs and ensure successful implementation and usage of our solutions.
- Liaising with our development team on upgrades, maintenance, hotfixes.
- Excellent team player.
- Offering ongoing support and training to customers to maximize the value of our products
Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role
From day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND relevant job-related experience
- Minimum 3 years proven track record in customer support and technical implementation
- Excellent language skills in Spanish and English. Having Portuguese would be beneficial but not compulsory.
- System operations, including monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting
- Software Development Lifecycle processes
- Current, valid Driver’s License
- Excellent customer facing communication skills.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Coding experience.
- Healthcare background.
Work location
Hybrid: Working together with the team in our Madrid offices is required at least 1 a week. Standard working hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
