Clinical Associate, Primary Care Physician

Clinical:  - CMH primary care clinic. - Clinic Schedule: 18 hours of patient care per week; Call schedule: telephone, after-hours call will be shared equally with all CMH Primary Care providers. - Supervision and chart reviews for the primary care advance practice practitioners as needed. Administration: - Administrative and other duties may be assigned based on department needs and your areas of expertise and interest.  - Up to two (2) hours of administrative time are allotted each week.
