Job Description
JOB MISSION:
The Senior Product Line Manager, Men’s Hybrid Dress and Hybrid Casual Footwear will report to the Product Director, Men’s Hybrid Dress and Hybrid Casual Footwear and be responsible for assisting in the creation, implementation and execution of the seasonal product strategies that meet the financial goals and KPI’s/performance targets of the product management division and overall organization. The Senior Product Line Manager, Men’s Dress and Casual Footwear will also be responsible for performing the daily activities that support the PLM team, including ownership of critical go-to market processes.
This role will be built on customer centricity, uncompromising attention to detail, strong analytical skills, deep product and market knowledge, passion for the Cole Haan brand, innovative mindset, a strong bias for action, and exceptional partnerships - working cross functionally with the product team and key constituents throughout the organization.
CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Liaise with all cross-functional partners to execute seasonal assortments from concept to creation, with a focus on color and material briefing and execution in partnership with our Color and Materials team.
- In partnership with our Product Information Analyst, ensure data integrity on all product information in PLM system from line plan kick-off through sales meeting in partnership with design, product development and costing teams.
- Maintain and track changes to merchandise assortments; ensuring up-to-date data accuracy across all relevant systems and documents and communicate changes to all cross-functional team members (design, PD, costing, channels).
- Liaise with our New England based teams on behalf of the Men’s Global Product Management team as needed.
- Responsible for go-to-market materials including presentation documents and sample coordination.
- Responsible for owning, maintaining, and communicating all product changes to business partners post sales meeting.
- Own off-calendar product requests from start to finish.
- Analyze global bookings and sales reports on a weekly, monthly, seasonal and ad hoc basis, providing thorough and meaningful analysis to help inform future strategies that drive financial growth.
- Prepare ad hoc presentation materials and business review documents for presentation to cross functional partners and senior leadership.
- Special projects as assigned.
