Security Analyst
Secure Hiring process with the aim of identifying potential threats or risk associated with new hires, ensuring that recruitments are carried out in accordance with corporate security standards and internal policies for the protection of assets, information and people.
Key Responsibilities:
• Raising awareness of classified information access requirements to ensure a secure and compliant hiring process.
• Responsible for analysing candidates through open-source information to verify their alignment with Airbus values.
• Conduct open-source research to identify relevant information about candidates.
• Assess candidates’ digital footprint and public online presence.
• Monitor public and private information sources for potential threats.
• Recommend mitigation measures where necessary.
• Responsible for identifying and analysing key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the effectiveness and compliance of the Secure Hiring.
• Ensure all intelligence activities are conducted in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines, including data privacy and human rights.
• Cooperate with Human Resources in the Secure Hiring process.
• Support the continuous improvement of Secure Hiring policies, procedures and tools.
• Deliver awareness and training sessions related to Secure Hiring.
Required Skills:
Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Intelligences Studies, Intelligence Analysis, Security, Criminology,International Relations, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines (Industrial / Aeronautical / Communications Engineer, …)
• Additional education or certifications in Intelligence, OSINT, Cyber Intelligence or knowledge or classified information protection are considered a plus.
• The successful candidate will be subjected to a NATO/National security clearance in order to undertake related work in accordance with the business needs.

Experience:
• Experience in security related roles is desirable, particularly in protection of classified information and the application of national and international regulations.
• Experience in intelligence and threat analysis is algo desirable, including the
identification, assessment and monitoring of risk affecting people, assets, information and business operations.
• Familiarity with information security tools and technologies.
• Knowledge of relevant security legislation.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear and concise reports.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.

• Able to work in transnational / cross divisional projects.
• Extended capacity for analysis and synthesis.

Languages:
• Fluent in Spanish.
