If so, we want to meet you! 🔧 What You’ll Do As a Converting Operator, you’ll be at the heart of our production process—setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery to ensure our products meet the highest standards. Your day-to-day will include: Setting up and operating machinery per production specs and safety protocols Performing machine startups, shutdowns, and basic troubleshooting Monitoring operations to maintain consistent quality and output Conducting routine inspections and basic maintenance Adjusting machine settings to optimize performance Operating electric pallet jacks, roll lifts, and hoists Documenting production data and reporting issues Performing quality checks in line with our Quality Management System Keeping your work area clean and organized Supporting other tasks as needed 🧠 What You Bring Proven experience as a machine operator or similar role Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and safety procedures Basic math and computer skills Mechanical aptitude and a strong commitment to quality and safety 🎓 Preferred Qualifications High School diploma or GED 5+ years of manufacturing experience 💼 Why Join Us?
