(PERMANENT FULL TIME) SOCIAL WORKER MSW, CONCURRENT DISORDERS SERVICES

The Concurrent Disorders Service is seeking a permanent full-time Social Worker to provide mental health and addiction
services to individuals with complex Concurrent Disorders.
In collaboration with inpatient and outpatient programs, you will provide clinical assessment, individual and group treatment,
and education for clients and their support systems.
The successful candidate takes initiative and finds creative approaches to challenging situations. They will also have
sophisticated collaboration skills in order to effectively work within numerous interdisciplinary teams. As we establish
ourselves as a specialized, evidence-based service, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to participate in service
redesign and implementation.
