This position will support our Bay Area portfolio which requires commuting to various properties throughout the region, which includes San Francisco, the East and South Bay, and the Tri-Valley.
Qualifications
Must haves:

- Prior management, assistant management, and/or budgeting experience in real estate, hospitality, retail, or related field
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to travel as needed to our properties in the Bay Area
Great to haves:
- Understanding of industry software such as Yardi, Onesite, REBA
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
Compensation
The compensation range for this role is $27 - $37 / hour plus generous leasing and quarterly bonuses.
