We are excited to be launching our Finance Graduate Scheme at our HQ in Binley, Coventry. We are searching for two finance graduates to join our large, busy finance team for a three-year scheme. You will work across various teams and departments to really understand what we do as a business over a 3-year period, during which time we’ll support you to undertake your ACCA or CIMA qualifications.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Essential
- You will have gained a minimum of a 2:1 in a finance, business or analytical based degree.
- You will possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable communicating across a wide selection of key stakeholders.
- You will have an inquisitive nature, be keen to learn, grow and progress and not be afraid to ask questions.
- You will be a stickler for the detail, be highly accurate and be obsessed with getting it right.
- Naturally analytical and a great problem solver.
- Finally, you will be whizz at prioritising your workload and capable of working to strict timelines.
What you’ll be doing
- Delivering a high level of customer service to the wider business as part of the finance function.
- Provide accurate financial and management information to the business.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement projects alongside other members of the team.
- Assist with mapping and design of efficient end to end processes.
- Ensure monthly reporting is completed accurately and on time.
- Record additions and disposals of assets within the financial reporting system.
- Tasks and duties will grow and expand as your knowledge builds.
