We are excited to be launching our Finance Graduate Scheme at our HQ in Binley, Coventry. We are searching for two finance graduates to join our large, busy finance team for a three-year scheme. You will work across various teams and departments to really understand what we do as a business over a 3-year period, during which time we’ll support you to undertake your ACCA or CIMA qualifications.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Essential

• You will have gained a minimum of a 2:1 in a finance, business or analytical based degree.
• You will possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable communicating across a wide selection of key stakeholders.
• You will have an inquisitive nature, be keen to learn, grow and progress and not be afraid to ask questions.
• You will be a stickler for the detail, be highly accurate and be obsessed with getting it right.
• Naturally analytical and a great problem solver.
• Finally, you will be whizz at prioritising your workload and capable of working to strict timelines.

What you’ll be doing

• Delivering a high level of customer service to the wider business as part of the finance function.
• Provide accurate financial and management information to the business.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement projects alongside other members of the team.
• Assist with mapping and design of efficient end to end processes.
• Ensure monthly reporting is completed accurately and on time.
• Record additions and disposals of assets within the financial reporting system.
• Tasks and duties will grow and expand as your knowledge builds.
