Service Technician (Portable Sanitation)

What You’ll DoAs a Service Technician, you’ll manage your daily route while delivering top-quality service to our customers:
Safely operate a service truck in accordance with Inframark and DOT standards
Service and maintain portable sanitation equipment to company standards
Load, unload, and maneuver equipment across job sites
Interact with customers to ensure their service needs are met and expectations exceeded
Adjust routes and schedules to meet customer demands
Communicate route and service feedback to improve efficiency and service quality
Follow all safety guidelines and participate in ongoing training
What You BringWe’re looking for reliable, motivated individuals who take pride in their work:
High school diploma, GED, or vocational training
At least 1 year of relevant or hands-on work experience preferred
Valid driver’s license (Class B CDL preferred) with a good driving record
Strong time management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Basic math skills and the ability to follow procedures
A customer-first mindset and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Work EnvironmentThis is an outdoor, active role. You should be comfortable working in:
Changing weather conditions (heat, cold, humidity)
Environments with noise, dust, odors, and equipment operation
A physically demanding, fast-paced setting
Physical RequirementsThis role requires a high level of physical activity. You will:
Lift, push, and pull up to 100 lbs
Frequently lift items between 30–40 lbs at various heights
Stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb throughout the day
Perform repetitive movements and remain active for extended periods
Schedule Expectations
Flexibility to work non-standard hours and overtime as needed
Ability to adjust to changing routes and customer priorities
