In Brief
What will your job look like?
- Source marketing materials from multiple content suppliers to support film and TV campaigns
- Maintain and update the digital repository of promotional materials
- Support the creation of content-focused PowerPoint presentations
- Develop email campaigns (eblasts/newsletters) using tools such as Mailchimp or Pardot
- Collaborate with Marketing Managers and content owners on upcoming releases
- Work with internal teams to ensure marketing asset requirements and campaign deadlines are met
- Coordinate with agencies to develop image and video assets and manage associated metadata
- Conduct regular reviews of social media and online channels and contribute to reporting
- Respond to partner requests, including providing assets and guidelines
- Ensure adherence to brand and content guidelines across marketing activities
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across the US, Canada, and EMEA
All you need is...
Required Qualifications
- Approximately 2+ years of experience in digital media or content-related roles
- Experience in marketing, ideally within the entertainment industry (film or TV)
- Experience coordinating with internal teams and/or external agencies
- Experience working in a client-facing environment
- Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple priorities
- Experience creating and distributing newsletters or email campaigns
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Familiarity with production workflows for marketing materials (e.g., posters, trailers, digital assets)
- Working knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp) and content management systems
- Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new tools
- Strong English language skills
- Additional language skills (e.g., German, French, Italian, Polish, Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Spanish, Portuguese)
- Experience with Photoshop
- Experience working with film and TV content and assets
