As a Study Start Up Site Navigator 2 in Germany, you’ll support site activation activities and help ensure smooth collaboration between study teams and clinical sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with initial site outreach, including sending feasibility surveys and supporting collection of Confidentiality Agreements.
- Support preparation for Remote Pre-Study Visits (PSVs) and help with follow-up documentation such as trip reports and required materials.
- Coordinate basic administrative tasks related to contract and budget processes under guidance.
- Provide support for regulatory submissions and ethics committee documentation.
- Act as a point of contact for routine queries between sites and internal teams.
- Track site readiness and escalate any blockers to senior team members.
- Maintain accurate records and assist with reporting of start-up metrics.
Required Qualifications
Must-haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong interest in clinical research and willingness to learn and previous experience with study-start up and/or budget and contracts in clinical research.
- Basic understanding of ICH-GCP principles.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
Preferred:
- Internship or exposure to clinical research or healthcare environment.
- Familiarity with MS Office tools; knowledge of eTMF or CTMS is a plus.
