Your teamAudit provides independent assurance on financial information and related processes to build trust in the capital markets. As part of Assurance Transformation, you will work closely with audit professionals, quality & risk teams and internal firm services to design and deliver internal IT solutions that enable efficient, compliant and high-quality audits across the firm.
- Plan and deliver internal IT initiatives by defining scope, objectives, timelines and budgets in close collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Lead and coordinate cross functional internal project teams, including IT specialists, process owners and external solution providers, where required.
- Act as the central point of contact for internal stakeholders by providing transparent status updates, managing dependencies and supporting informed decision-making.
- Track milestones, proactively identify risks or bottlenecks and implement mitigation measures to ensure timely and reliable project delivery.
- Ensure internal IT solutions meet defined business requirements, governance standards and quality expectations.
- Further develop and maintain the Quality Management System as it relates to IT processes and controls, ensuring compliance with internal policies, network standards and external regulatory requirements.
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics (Wirtschaftsinformatik) or a related STEM or business discipline.
- Hands-on 10+ years of experience in IT and/or IT services, for example in internal IT project management, system implementation, software development or business requirements analysis.
- Experience working in structured, process driven environments with strong governance or regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to manage projects using both traditional frameworks such as Waterfall or PRINCE2 and agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban. Ideally possessing a project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL Foundation, etc.).
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into structured and pragmatic IT solutions.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English and German.
- Reliable, quality driven working style with the ability to manage multiple priorities in parallel.
