Job Description
- Sales Support: Serve as an interim sales leader for communities needing temporary support, such as during leadership transitions or new community openings.
- Lead Management: Qualify and follow up on inquiries, tours, and referrals to convert leads into residents.
- Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with residents, families, and community partners to enhance occupancy and retention.
- Marketing Execution: Implement and support marketing strategies to promote community visibility and drive traffic.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with Executive Directors and other team members to ensure seamless integration of sales initiatives.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze sales metrics, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
- Travel: Travel frequently to assigned communities across Texas and other states as needed.
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of proven success in sales within the senior living, healthcare, or hospitality industries.
- Previous experience in a regional or traveling sales role is a plus.
- Education:
- Preferred bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and adapt to different community cultures.
- Travel Requirements:

Travel 100% of time and not limited to Texas.
