Unique opportunity for a Lawyer to join ACF in a non-legal role to work on fund formations/bespoke mandates

Working with GS functional teams (legal, tax, controllers, operations) on fund structuring

Reviewing offering documents (PPMs, LPAs, etc.)

Liaise with clients and product teams on execution of mandates

Managing side letter negotiations

Partnering with operational teams on day-to-day fund management matters

Serving as a resource to global ACF team and other GS teams on general fund matters
