Rancho Caymus Inn, a charming boutique property in the heart of Rutherford, is seeking a Breakfast Restaurant Server. This role is ideal for someone passionate about hospitality, and elevating the guest experience while helping grow the property’s presence within Napa Valley.

The Restaurant Server safely and efficiently provides excellent customer service with a smile! We want our guests to feel good about their dining experience so that they will tell others and become loyal customers. We expect and encourage you to go out of your way to talk to guests and find out what their needs are before they have to ask you. This position is mornings only.
