We are seeking Project Manager, Project Services to join IQVIA Laboratories at Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Job Summary:

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead study setup activities including protocol and budget review, project planning, and risk management
• Manage complex clinical studies across multiple regions, ensuring high-quality database setup and documentation readiness
• Monitor study progress, timelines, and deliverables while maintaining accurate documentation within eTMF systems
• Act as primary customer contact, building strong relationships and leading meetings, presentations, and governance activities
• Oversee study scope, budget, and quality, implementing corrective actions and sharing lessons learned
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and serve as escalation point for study and program-level issues
• Provide training to sites, CRAs, and customers, while mentoring junior team members
• Support process improvements, audits, inspections, and may lead global customer programs
   

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's Degree Life Sciences or related field preferred
• 5+ years of clinical or research industry experience, including 3-year project management / project set up experience preferred
• Thorough knowledge of Project Management processes and central laboratory operations (kits/supplies, logistics, specimen storage, data reporting and transfers)
• Demonstrated computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with centralized laboratory systems or equivalent
• Other equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
