For this role, we are seeking a professional to lead the design, planning, and support of enterprise integrations. The role involves close collaboration with functional consultants, cross-functional teams, and product owners to deliver scalable, business-aligned solutions. You will drive end-to-end integration design using Workday tools while ensuring robust and well-maintained design documentation. Strong stakeholder management, clear communication, and governance are critical to success. You will oversee the full integration lifecycle and continuously enhance performance through proactive issue resolution and optimization.

Required Skills:
• Workday Studio (for complex integrations)
• EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)
• Core Connectors
• Document Transformation (XSLT)
• Report-as-a-Service (RaaS)
• Integration monitoring & alerting
• Root cause analysis and defect prevention
• Troubleshooting (data, performance, failures)
• Inbound vs outbound integrations design
• Integration design documentation and their maintenance

Preferred Qualifications and skills:

• 6+ years of IT experience with 4+ years in Workday Integrations
• Workday Extend and Orchestration
• Strong experience in data loads, validation, and complex data audits
• Expertise in Workday Business Process Configuration and Security (Domain/BP)
• Hands-on experience with reporting (Simple, Advanced, Matrix, Composite)
• Experience with Custom Objects and Calculated Fields
• Working knowledge of SQL (queries, debugging, views, materialized views)
• Familiarity with ETL tools like Informatica
• Exposure to HCM, Recruiting, Talent, and Compensation modules
• Ability to manage priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving, execution, and adaptability skills
• Experience driving process improvements and innovation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
• Global work experience is an added advantage

Level of Responsibility:
• Operates independently with minimal supervision, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables

• Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication skills to clearly convey complex information

Minimum Qualifications:

• 4+ years of IT-relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree.
OR
6+ years of IT-relevant work experience without a Bachelor’s degree.
