Location: On-site | 25 Darlington Drive, Rome, GA Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (Subject to change; includes on-call rotations for emergency maintenance) Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ years of building maintenance experience; working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work; valid driver's license; ability to lift up to 50 lbs. What You’ll Do / Key Responsibilities As our Facilities Maintenance Technician, you’ll be the go-to person keeping our buildings running smoothly. In this active role, your daily routine as a General Maintenance Worker will include: Repairing minor plumbing (toilets, sinks) and electrical tasks (breakers, lighting, and ballasts). Helping with preventative maintenance technician duties like replacing HVAC filters, changing belts, and fixing doors or walls. Handling basic building carpentry, prepping, painting, and reviewing daily work orders. Safely managing your daily tasks using the proper tools, company vehicle, and PPE. What You Bring To The Team 1+ years of experience in a commercial or facilities maintenance role. Hands-on skills in basic plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, and carpentry. Ability to stand, climb ladders safely, and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs. A reliable, team-first attitude and great attention to detail.
