Drive high-impact testing and automation across global Payments Technology initiatives, enabling high-quality delivery and compliant regulatory reporting.
As an Associate within Payments Technology – Test Integration and Implementation Services, you provide senior testing analysis in a cross-business, cross-functional environment to support transformational global initiatives and regulatory reporting. You plan and execute UAT, define and document end-to-end test scenarios, and drive adoption of an automated testing solution using business-driven approaches. You deliver clear status, risks, defects, and results to stakeholders to enable timely sign-off and continuous improvement.
Job Responsibilities :
- Plan and execute UAT cycles, including defining scope, timelines, and test approach.
- Estimate test scope and delivery timelines accurately and communicate progress in daily scrum ceremonies.
- Create detailed test scenarios, test plans, and test packs, and execute them against business and regulatory requirements.
- Identify automation candidates and develop automated test scripts using Business Driven Development.
- Define and drive the test automation strategy aligned to program milestones and E2E coverage goals.
- Partner closely with Operations, Product, and Technology teams to align test execution, readiness, and outcomes.
- Monitor defects through triage, reporting, and re-testing, and present validated test results for internal sign-off while highlighting risks and dependencies.
Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities :
- Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining automated test frameworks/tools (Cucumber/Gherkin, Java, Selenium, or similar).
- Functional knowledge of Payments and Regulatory Reporting, with hands-on experience executing testing processes from requirements and user stories through test execution.
- Proven experience using test automation tools to enable efficient and timely end-to-end test execution.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with excellent written/verbal communication and the ability to deliver accurately to tight deadlines in Agile delivery.
Preferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities :
- Experience with Business Driven Development and/or Test Driven Development methodologies for test case automation.
- Strong hands-on experience with Cucumber/Gherkin, Java, Selenium, or similar tooling in an enterprise testing environment.
- Relevant testing experience within the Financial Services industry and delivery experience in complex, fast-paced programs.
- Advanced Microsoft skills, including strong PowerPoint (Pitch Pro) capabilities to create professional presentations and program reporting.
