Job Description

We are looking for a talented Sous Chef to join our team:

You love to cook and learn new skills

You have a keen interest in healthy or pan-asian foods

You are creative and love to experiment with new foods and dishes

You have previous experience in a busy environment

You are a growing leader with a willingness to learn that will enable you to grow within the company

You are a team player and comfortable working closely with a small team

You are ready to learn new processes & systems

You are happy to support all kitchen stations when needed

You live an easy commute away

What to Expect:

Between 40 and 45 hours a week

Weekly changing rota, requiring flexibility Monday to Sunday

Chefs whites provided

All day dining cafe open 8AM to 9PM weekdays, 8AM - 6PM weekends

7 hour shifts
