We are looking for an ICT Finance - Oracle EPM to contribute to the digital evolution of our company. This key figure will have a significant impact on the company’s technological evolution by interacting with major stakeholders, promote technological innovation, and convince investors to support technical and technological development.

The role will be responsible for the following activities:

  • Playing the role of subject matter expert for the applications under his/her responsibility working in strict cooperation with both internal colleagues and external suppliers
  • Optimize the existing solutions, improving efficiency and maintainability;
  • Implement small change requests (CR) to continuously improve our products and services;
  • Cooperate with business stakeholders in order to properly address the business demand, to propose appropriate technical solutions, to fulfill the business needs and to translate business needs in functional/technical requirements
  • Supporting the full life-cycle of the applications in his/her responsibility area from project execution to application maintenance, including the functional analysis, developments/interfaces specifications, user acceptance test support to go-live and post go-live activities
  • Oversee the quality of work performed by external suppliers, ensuring the company standards.

Candidate Profile: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience with ORACLE EPM, including Hyperion, Essbase, and Planning.
  • In-depth knowledge of EPM technologies and best practices.
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle PBCS, Data Management (FDMEE), Groovy, Jython, Hana SQL / PL-SQL.
  • Proven experience in managing complex technological projects;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in project management and user training.
  • Ability to effectively interact with high-level stakeholders and promote technological innovation;
  • Detail orientation and ability to ensure the quality of work performed by external suppliers;
  • Fluent English.

Place of work: Fabriano (AN) or Milan

The compensation package will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills and the scope of the role, applying objective and gender‑neutral criteria. As a reference, for such position we offer a salary ranging between 52.000 € and 77.000 €. You will also be part of the Ariston Group short-term incentive program. This position is covered by the CCNL Metalmeccanici Industria.
