Educational Background – Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Key Responsibilities
Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
Background & expected experiences:
7+ years of hands-on experience with Atlassian tools
Experience supporting enterprise scale Jira and Confluence environments
Strong understanding of Agile, ITSM, and delivery processes
Experience working with global, distributed teams
