Functional Recruiter

We are seeking a Functional Recruiter to support hiring across corporate functions including HR, Finance, IT, Marketing, Operations, and other business support roles, as well as select specialized roles such as BIM and BIM Design. This role is responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and delivering high-quality talent to support organizational growth. You will partner closely with hiring managers, HR, and business leaders to drive effective recruiting strategies, build strong talent pipelines, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience.
