Assistant Manager - Bancassurance MIS and Database
Job Description
Job Description: Database Management & System Development Manage and integrate data from multiple systems (e.g., RLS, AS400, RCMS)
Design, develop, and maintain databases, dashboards, and reporting systems
Oversee ETL processes to ensure accurate and efficient data flow
Ensure database accuracy, security, and integrity, including backup procedures
Support and enhance internal systems aligned with business needs
Coordinate with IT and technical teams to deliver system improvements
Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and continuous enhancements
MIS Reporting & Business Analysis Develop and maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports and dashboards
Translate business requirements into reporting solutions
Support sales teams with campaign tracking (upsell, cross-sell, retention)
Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights
Create user-friendly reporting tools using platforms such as Power BI and SharePoint
Conduct training to ensure effective report utilization
Business Opportunity & Project Management Monitor campaign performance, lead generation, and conversion rates
Provide insights for customer segmentation and targeting strategies
Support sales initiatives to improve productivity and performance
Participate in system and project development (e.g., incentive schemes, campaigns)
Continuously evaluate system performance and recommend improvements
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics or related fields At least 3 years of experience in MIS, database management, or data analytics (insurance/bancassurance preferred) Strong knowledge of database systems, SQL, and data processing Hands-on experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) Proficiency in Excel for reporting and data analysis (advanced level) Experience with Power BI for dashboard development (advantage) Knowledge of Python for data analytics (advantage) Familiarity with ETL processes and system development lifecycle Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities About Krungthai-AXA Life Insurance Krungthai-AXA Life Insurance Public Company Limited, created from a solid co-investment partnership between Krungthai Bank PCL. and the AXA Group, global financial protection and asset-management specialists
