Join Our Team as a Contents Technician!
Looking for a hands-on role where no two days are the same? Want to be part of a team that helps people recover after fire, water, and storm damage? We’re growing and would like to add a Contents Technician to our Harrisburg West Team!
We welcome candidates with foundational up to advanced contents care experience preferably with a background in restoration, contents cleaning or moving/packing services. Candidates with advanced experience may have opportunities for expanded responsibilities within the department.
What You’ll Do
As a Contents Technician, you’ll play a key role in helping restore customers’ belongings after unexpected property damage. You’ll work alongside other team members to carefully clean, organize, inventory, pack, and store items while helping keep operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting with inventory, cleaning, and storage of customer contents
- Organizing pack-outs for efficient loading, unloading, and storage
- Preparing contents for restoration and return to customers
- Occasionally visiting job sites to assess contents and assist with pack-outs
- Using company software to track labor and project activity
- Helping maintain department supplies and organization
- Supporting large loss and storm response efforts, including occasional travel
- Maintaining a clean and professional warehouse/work environment

Compensation: hourly rate will be based on experience level
