Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative for the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) region, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely and accurate order processing for our partners. You will support 1.500 partners and be part of the OneVision team testing new functions. Additionally, you will be responsible for onboarding, training, and mentoring the CEE Customer Service team.
