Production Technician – Louisville, KY

We have an opportunity for a Production Technician to join our Louisville, KY team. You will be responsible for supporting production operations within the Louisville, KY facility. This position will work to improve safety, quality, and delivery of goods throughout the warehouse. 

You will: 

• Perform production duties related to the construction of manufactured industrial sized filters. 
• Maintain clean work area and equipment and ability to follow standard work process. 
• Must be able to read a tape measure to the 32nd. 
• Carry out basic quality and testing checks. 
• Banding, gasketing, gluing, potting, cutting cores, seaming, and packaging product. 
• Must be willing to work with other employees in a team environment and adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies. 

Key Qualifications: 

• Physical requirements are standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 50 pounds.
• Safety toed shoes are required on the distribution floor. 

Position hours/shift: 

• 1st shift: 6am to 2:30pm, Monday through Friday 

Compensation: 

The hourly pay for this role is: $19.00/hr. Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training. Actual pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, and experience.
