š Part-Time Schedule:
Tuesday & Thursday: 5:00 PM ā 9:00 PM
Every Other Weekend: 6:00 AM ā 2:00 PM

What You'll Do
ā Supervise and support resident care staff to ensure quality care and services
ā Monitor resident health and respond appropriately to changes in condition
ā Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
ā Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and healthcare providers
ā Assist with assessments, documentation, and care planning
ā Ensure compliance with state regulations and community policies
ā Provide leadership, guidance, and support to caregiving staff
ā Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care every day
Qualifications
ā Active Tennessee Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
ā Minimum 1 year of LPN experience in Assisted Living, Senior Living, Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, or related healthcare setting
ā Current CPR/AED Certification
ā Strong communication and leadership skills
ā Experience with electronic documentation systems preferred
ā Ability to pass background screening and drug screening
ā Must be at least 18 years old
