Job Description
- Own and scale the product roadmap for how YouTube proactively addresses harmful generative AI content.
- Partner with engineering to scope, build, and deploy advanced machine learning classifiers.
- Design feedback loops and metrics to measure classifier signal performance, ensuring safety systems respond resiliently to high-sensitivity events.
- Translate safety requirements into engineering roadmaps, aligning stakeholder groups toward shared platform safety objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional policy, intelligence, and operations teams to prioritize and resolve emerging safety gaps (e.g., deepfakes and synthetic misinformation).
