Health and Safety Partner

Brown and Caldwell (BC) is seeking a dedicated Health and Safety (H&S) Professional to join our West Business Unit (WBU) H&S team. In this role, you will report directly to the WBU Director of Health and Safety and work closely with both the Director and team members. A critical requirement for this position is demonstrated construction management experience, as you will be responsible for supporting field teams, overseeing contractor activities, and ensuring safe execution of construction-related work. Your primary responsibilities will include delivering outstanding internal client support and effectively managing subcontractor relationships.

Remote work within the United States is allowed; candidate must be located in the Mountain or Pacific time zones.
