Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team at Palm Beach Orthopaedic Institute. In this role, you will provide exceptional rehabilitation services to patients' of all ages, contributing to their recovery and overall well-being. This position is pivotal in enhancing our patients' quality of life through tailored therapeutic interventions.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
- Administer therapeutic exercises and evidence-based modalities to promote recovery
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation processes and home care strategies
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care for a variety of orthopaedic conditions
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress notes

- Certified Hand Therapist Certification encouraged, not required
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Occupational Therapist

- Experience in outpatient orthopaedic hand specialty encouraged
