Job Description

  • Driving Sales Growth, to achieve the company's sales targets by promoting to external market that includes implementing sales strategies, identifying growth opportunities, and expanding the customer base.
  • Cross selling and lead generation, collaborate with other Bosch entities and do cross selling for external sales growth
  • Customer Relationship Management, Maintain and nurture relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Market Analysis and Strategy Development, analyze market trend, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies for the external market
  • Sales Reporting and Forecasting, make accurate sales forecasting, report on sales performance, analyze data to make informed decisions and improve sales processes.
  • Collaboration with Cross Functional Team
  • Project Concept management, Visualize, organize, structure thought and ideas to create a clear understanding of customer requirements to proposal engineering team.
  • Product and Budget Project Estimation, Give a quick estimate to customer project, check quality requirements and delivery for mechanical, electrical and service projects
  • Marketing aids, plan the presentations and material for sales pitch , for exhibitions and machine tool related events .

8-10 Years, Experience in capital equipment sales (external market) and special purpose machinery.

Qualification: BE-Mech and MBA (Sales and Marketing)

 

The purpose of this position in the sales team to achieve sustained revenue growth, promote the company's products and services to external market while driving customer acquisition and retention.
