Descripción del puesto In Bogotá, Colombia, we are looking for a Motion Graphics Editor with 3 years of experience in advertising and marketing agencies. The mission of this role is to develop and execute the narrative of audiovisual projects, including both editorial and motion graphics content, using audiovisual materials from various sources and according to communication objectives. The goal is to transform these assets into cohesive and polished final pieces that effectively convey the intended message. Responsabilidades Support the creation of engaging and innovative visual designs, working collaboratively with the design team and learning from more experienced designers. Contribute creative ideas, maintain the integrity of the brand’s visual identity, and apply technical skills using software such as Adobe Creative Suite. Receive and review briefs to ensure proper follow-up and execution. Manage and track creative projects, ensuring they are delivered according to the requirements of the assigned accounts. Deliver assigned projects within established deadlines and in accordance with graphic and creative requirements. Stay up to date with industry trends, as well as emerging technologies and platforms, to incorporate fresh and innovative approaches into creative work. Ensure compliance with the company’s processes, policies, and procedures at both the local and regional levels. Cualificaciones Proficiency in platforms such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and other Adobe Creative Suite applications, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and AI-powered creative tools. Knowledge of animation, 3D modeling, video editing, motion tracking, and storyboarding, according to the specific requirements of the role. Strong visual communication skills and expertise in brand conceptualization, including composition, typography, color theory, and other design principles, ensuring cohesive and effective creative solutions aligned with account and client requirements.
