System Maintenance Network Operator

• Monitor and operate on-site network infrastructure

• Manage network equipment and circuit operations

• Handle customer service requests (CSR)

• Perform incident response and troubleshooting

• Resolve network issues and service disruptions

• Prepare operational and incident reports

• Collaborate with senior operators and cross-functional teams

Experience: 10+ years 

Required Skills:

• Operation of Juniper network equipment

  • L3 Switches: QFX5120-48Y-AFO-T, QFX5110-48S-AFO-T2

  • L2 Switch: EX4100-24T-TAA

• Aruba wireless LAN operation

• Fortigate firewall operation

General Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Able to work on-site full time

• Strong troubleshooting and incident response skills

• Effective communication and documentation skills
